A highly skilled Coordinator is sought to join the dedicated team at our St Kilda site.
The Inner South Outreach Coordinator oversees a team of support workers and is responsible for ensuring that the support provided to clients is consistent, effective and maximises the client’s chances of getting and keeping housing.
The programs coordinated by this role include Melbourne Street to Home (MS2H), the Housing Mental Health Pathways Program (HMHPP) and Frequent Service Users, as well as overseeing Complex Care workers. All programs are focused on providing outcomes for Melbourne’s most vulnerable clients and rough sleepers.
We’re seeking someone who can hit the ground running, managing staff, program and services with genuine leadership ability. You will have a passion for working with people experiencing homelessness and determination to deliver innovative and effective services of the highest possible standard for our clients.
