We are looking for a visionary leader who:
- Has a track record of developing and leading high performing teams distributed across multiple sites;
- Is knowledgeable about the complexities and challenges of providing quality, consumer focused services;
- Thrives in an environment of accountability and continuous quality improvement; and
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills with a collaborative leadership approach and the ability to influence in a positive way.
Based in Narre Warren, this full-time position will be instrumental in building the capacity of our highly capable Disability Services team to transition from legacy services to support coordination under the NDIS.
