Along with the whole Aged Care and Disability sector, Multicultural Care has gone successfully through a stream of reforms recently. As we enter a period of significant change, we have the opportunity to play an important role in shaping future of provision of culturally and linguistically appropriate care services in a consumer directed environment. We are now looking for new Board Directors to help us build a better, stronger multicultural organisation. With a background at senior executive level within a sizeable, complex organisation in the NFP or private sector, you will understand the environment in which a not for profit works. Bringing skills that complement our existing Board, you will offer experience in finance oversight or legal or risk management or sales and fundraising or disability profession. Your insight will be invaluable in helping mould our strategic vision and to ensure long term sustainability as we capitalise on the opportunities provided by Aged Care Reforms and NDIS roll out.
