Berry Street is experiencing an exciting time of growth and development with a recently appointed CEO and Board Chair. We have a number of new roles within the Marketing, Communications & Development Team.
We are seeking a Philanthropy Manager – Major Gifts to approach, engage and manage ongoing relationships with high-value donors. The role will be required to develop strategic funding requests and develop a presence within the Major Donor and philanthropic sector by representing Berry Street at key events and initiatives.
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience working with donors or in a relationship management role. You will have strong communication skills, be a self-motivated and have a natural ability to inspire supporters. You will be passionate about the work Berry Street does, have a customer-centric approach and demonstrated experience in achieving income targets. This role is suited to someone looking for a new challenge within a growing, newly-formed team.
