About the role

- Location: Lismore – travel around the region will be required

We are seeking an experienced professional with formal degree qualifications in either: psychology, social worker, social science or social welfare and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management role in the social and human services sector.
Salary: $90,000 to $99,000 per annum dependent on qualifications and extent of experience.
Working with vulnerable children and young people can be challenging, unpredictable but also extremely rewarding. The position is responsible for overall program management of youth specific service delivery programs, providing evidence based approaches to service delivery, and requiring clinical skills in managing risk to vulnerable young people.
