About the role
The Leukaemia Foundation is searching for a creative digital fundraising professional to implement marketing automation and craft behavioral journeys for our community supporters. Bring your fundraising expertise, knowledge of online fundraising and ability to create the right fundraising content to the team and make an impact in this strategic role.
Position Location: This position can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane
The Opportunity
The Leukaemia Foundation is on an exciting transformation journey to deliver greater impact to our key stakeholders and the Australian community.
This role will develop and implement personalised, data-driven online fundraising journeys with a focus on deepening our supporters’ engagement and investment in our important work.
The Supporter Journey Manager will work closely with internal teams to integrate systems and content with marketing automation to deliver supporter journeys, which are triggered by behaviour, insights and fundraising milestones to increase fundraising outcomes.
This role will work closely with the Brand & Marketing team on digital acquisition (lead generation, nurture tracks and conversion) to bring more supporters to our cause. In addition this role will look at new online community fundraising programs to enhance our portfolio of offerings
The Supporter Journey Manager is responsible for retention of our community supporters, working with the wider Leukaemia Foundation team to implement retention journeys that demonstrate impact and transition supporters to other ways of giving.
What are we looking for in this role?
Demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of marketing automation across multiple channels
Demonstrated experience in behavioural journey mapping, and use of analytics to drive segmentation
Demonstrated understanding of digital acquisition and retention techniques
Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role in related marketing discipline (eg: digital marketing) or customer/user experience within the Fundraising industry
Fundraising product or campaign development experience
Copywriting skills and experience curating content across channels
