Mallee Family Care are currently looking for two talented and passionate leaders to fill the position of Team Leader Family Services, located at our Mildura office (with responsibilities across the Northern Mallee).

Team Leader Family Services
As Team Leader Family Services you will have oversight of the Family Preservation, Stronger Families, and Cradle to Kinder program areas. These programs provide intensive, whole of family case support to families who are at risk of entering, or are currently engaged in, the Child Protection System. In the case of Cradle to Kinder, the program provides long term support commencing in pregnancy and continuing until the child reaches four years of age.

Team Leader Family Services
As Team Leader you will have oversight of the Home Based Care Program, which is an out of home care placement service providing care to children and young people who cannot live with their families for a variety of reasons. The team is dedicated to promoting and advocating the best interest principles of the child. The service also includes the therapeutic Circle Program, which provides an enriched, holistic, and therapeutically intentional environment that is tailored to the underlying issues of the child in care.
