About the role
The Song Room is looking for Aboriginal Artists, Dancers, Singers or Musicians to deliver weekly workshops at primary schools in the Greater Western Sydney area throughout Terms 3 and 4 this year. The position will comprise delivering Aboriginal arts and culture workshops in an after school setting.
The Deadly Arts program is an opportunity for primary students and their families to learn about Aboriginal Arts and Cultural practices – it is also a great opportunity for schools to learn about and connect with local Aboriginal culture.
Applicants will be required to have had experience facilitating workshops with primary aged children and must have a current Working With Children’s Check.
