ReachOut has an ambitious strategy to increase its reach to one million additional people and is looking for a leader to drive forward the next stage of its evolution.

The organisation is in a strong position financially and operationally. This is an outstanding opportunity for a leader capable of strategic and operational excellence from an organisation of comparable size and complexity. Your commercial acumen will help the organisation to identify and assess opportunities for the organisation to grow and diversify its revenue.

You will be passionate about improving the lives of young people and have an understanding of the role that technology can play in achieving this. Drawing on your strong communication and storytelling skills, you will excel in managing a wide range of stakeholders including Government so an understanding of the role of Government and policy is highly desirable. You will demonstrate a commitment to excellence in governance, operational and resource management, as well as a proven track record in driving growth and innovation.

You will know the importance of brand management and being led by the needs of young people, as well as the ability to anticipate future trends and demands that may impact ReachOut’s services in the future. You will be required to inspire and lead a strong and purposeful team, and report to a committed and professional Board.Executive leadership experience within the for-purpose arena is an advantage.

This role is full time and is based in Pyrmont, Sydney and may require some travel and after-hours networking.
