About the organisation
Remembrance Parks Central Victoria (Bendigo Cemeteries Trust) is a government owned enterprise established as one of five Class A Cemetery Trusts under the provisions of the Cemeteries and Crematoria Act 2003 and is the only Class A trust within the Loddon Mallee and Hume regions. The Board of RPCV is now seeking a dynamic individual for this key leadership role within the sector.

As the Chief Executive Officer of RPCV you will lead a motivated and committed team to drive performance through your inspirational and visionary leadership. The CEO will be responsible for ensuring the organisation’s strategic plans, change agenda and customer service outcomes are successfully designed and achieved to drive and maintain commercial sustainability.
To be considered for this exciting career opportunity you will be an excellent team leader with a proven ability to attract and develop talent and build a positive and resilient culture. Your proven business acumen and strategic capability will be supported by relevant tertiary qualifications. Whilst previous management experience in the cemeteries sector is advantageous, it is not mandatory but you will need to be able to demonstrate experience in managing government relations and meeting legislative requirements.
