About the role

Clinical Services Coordinator is a full time (hours negotiable), ongoing position based in Wagga Wagga, NSW.

Reporting to the Early Intervention Services Manager, the role of Clinical Services Coordinator is to support the development and coordination of diverse services which are innovative, flexible and client focused. The role requires solid skills and experience in clinical governance and supervision, and will coordinate a range of relationship and mental health services.

To be successful in this role, you are required to possess:
– Tertiary qualification in the field of Social Work or Psychology.
– An understanding of working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people/communities and people of diverse cultural backgrounds.
– Demonstrated experience in coordinating and leading a group of staff including recruitment, induction, supervision of practitioners, professional development and appraisals of staff.

Salary & Benefits

The salary on offer is in the range of $82,306.25 to $85,992.84 per annum for full-time plus superannuation. As a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI), RACR employees also receive tax-effective salary packaging opportunities, thus significantly increasing the value of your take-home pay.

According to the RACR Enterprise Agreement, the successful candidate will have access to generous leave provisions, annual leave loading, special paid leave during annual holiday shutdown period and flexible working arrangements.
