Your Role
As part of the Fundraising Group, no day will be the same! Your role will involve:
• Being the driving force behind our biggest fundraising campaign, Project Compassion
• Supporting the Community Fundraising Lead in the delivery of Project Compassion from concept development and design to implementation.
• Working alongside our Digital Team, Supporter Services and other teams, as well as external stakeholders such as design agencies
• Showcasing the humanitarian work we do by collaborating with the International Programs Team to find the best stories, case studies and other marketing materials
• Ensuring high standards of quality control with our contractors and external suppliers
• Prepping FAQs for our colleagues in Supporter Services so they can answer questions during Project Compassion from our supporters
• Guiding our office-based volunteers who come in to help with Project Compassion
• Being the point of contact for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in relation to Project Compassion
Your Capabilities
You will thrive as a Community Fundraising Campaign Coordinator if you:
• have significant experience in a project support role, preferably in the Not for Profit sector
• have a high attention to detail and enjoy planning, prioritising, making decisions, meeting deadlines and managing resources
• can manage a variety of tasks which involve people based in different locations
• can coordinate and manage external suppliers
• have excellent written, oral and presentation skills with the ability to train others
• are comfortable working in the full Microsoft Office suite of programs
• have an understanding of and commitment to work within the Catholic ethos
