Senior Accommodation Team Leader

Do you enjoy developing new ways of working which is focused on providing exceptional service to our customers? 

This  role has responsibility for the effective and efficient utilisation of our patient accommodation facilities. The role also has responsibility to lead, coach and mentor Accommodation Coordinators to deliver efficient and effective service to patients. This is a particularly exciting opportunity as the role will assist us to divest a significant facility whilst we transform how we better support patients living away from home. This role will be primarily based at Parramatta, Artarmon and Westmead.

We are looking for the following:                                             

• Demonstrated experience in a facilities/accommodation role in a customer focussed service environment.
• Demonstrated experience in providing leadership across multiple disciplines/service lines in a customer focussed service environment.
• Previous experience leading a team to ensure effective operational management, including but not limited to, financial management, people leadership and resource utilisation/procurement.
• Demonstrated ability in effectively using insights to effectively drive business performance and consistently deliver results.  
• An ability to navigate complex working environments and drive better outcomes
• Proven planning and delivery skills – able to ensure progress/outcomes and deliverables through self and others.
• Ability to adapt, thrive and deliver in a changing and evolving organisation
• Strong verbal & written communication, interpersonal and influencing skills Current drivers licence
