  • Fixed term contract until 30/6/2019, part time, 21 hours per week
  • Melbourne based

 

About The Role

The Change Manager is responsible for the delivery of change management activities for projects and other initiatives that are strategically aligned to Oxfam objectives, nominally the replacement CRM project and associated initiatives. Also, this role is responsible for best practice change management frameworks and ensuring that appropriate governance and controls are in place to ensure successful execution and delivery of business benefits, results and outcomes.

 

A little about you (the key selection criteria)

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience working with marketing teams to deliver changes to operations
  • Experience working with marketing to deliver changes in organisational culture
  • Experience working with technology teams to implement new systems, including knowledge and understanding of Agile methodology
  • Ability to engage wide variety of stakeholders, including some remotely located, on the impact and implementation of changes to operations and culture
  • Ability to provide high level support to the design and delivery of training programs to a wide variety of stakeholders

  • A base salary of $93,672 pro rata plus superannuation, superior leave benefits and access to a generous not-for-profit salary packaging program (up to $18,450 of your salary tax-free).
