About the Role
IPAA Victoria is looking for an experienced communication professional with a broad range of experience in utilising social media platforms to engage target audiences and raise organisational profile. Examples of other accountabilities for this role would be:
Writing and reviewing content of all IPAA Victoria publications, both print and media based.
Contributing to the development of regular member and practitioner focussed publications.
Provision of copy-writing expertise and media and communications advice to the broader organisation.
Increasing positive media exposure.
High level speech writing for the IPAA Victoria Board President, Board members and CEO.

Skills and experience we are seeking are:
Demonstrated experience working in a similar role.
Highly developed skills in creative and engaging copy writing, speechwriting and the art of story telling.
Previous experience working in the public sector with a good understanding of the public sector ecosystem.
Completion of tertiary education in a relevant discipline desirable, but not essential.
