Seeking Dynamic Fundraising leader to join this very well known cause- Guide Dogs NSW/ACT You will play a key role in the development & management of Corporate Partnerships, Community Fundraising and a well-known Fundraising Program to ensure income growth targets are achieved.

Responsibilities will include:

• Lead, coach and mentor a fundraising team for high performance
• Secure and manage Corporate Partnerships
• Develop and manage the Corporate Partnerships Strategy
• Seek new corporate partner prospective opportunities for the organisation
• Develop and manage existing corporate partner relationships
• Develop and manage the Community Fundraising Strategy
• Seek new Community Fundraising opportunities
• Manage existing Community Fundraisers and support the National campaigns and events
• Ensure Fundraising Program is well maintained, innovative and relevance
• Manage Fundraising Program relationships and contracts ensuring best sustainable return
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure overall Growth goals are met

The successful applicant will be able to meet the following criteria:

• Proven track record working in a similar level role
• Appropriate tertiary qualifications
• Superior leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent planning and budget management capability
• Superior communication, influencing and presentation skills
• Proactive, confident, sound business development skills
• Committed to continuous improvement and growth
• Energetic and Dynamic leader
