About The Role

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will manage and drive the digital marketing  strategy to maximise brand, traffic, engagement and income across Oxfam’s digital portfolio, delivering campaigns that help attract, inspire and maintain relationships with supporters.

 

A little about you (the key selection criteria)

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • High level of understanding in Cost Per Click (CPC), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager and Webmaster
  • High level and demonstrated success in multi-channel digital marketing campaigns with a strong understanding of supporter acquisition methods and customer journeys
  • High level understanding of data analytics is essential, primarily Google Analytics. Demonstrated experience utilising data analytics to inform business decisions
  • High level of understanding using content management systems such as WordPress, with a demonstrated knowledge of HTML, CSS and database experience
  • Have the ability to provide consultancy and communicate complex digital marketing strategy, for a wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience developing and building personalised multi-channel supporter journeys to nurture supporters through different phases of the marketing funnel
