In this newly created role you will showcase your exceptional financial, business and technology expertise, providing strategic direction and commercial insight across our business.

What you will be doing?

Reporting to the CEO, you will:

• Lead and manage a small team of finance and IT professionals
• Seek new and creative ways for finance and IT to drive performance through analysis, reporting & good governance
• Contribute to the strategic direction and its implementation
• Create internal efficiencies and process simplification
• Commercially partner with the business to modernise the finance and technology services
• Implement new financial reporting and accounting systems

So, what are we looking for? 
The ideal candidate will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance (information technology an advantage)
• Excellent people leadership skills and experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
• Expertise in management reporting, financial management and modelling
• Experience in Information Technology including ERP systems
• Strong commercial expertise, analytical and problem solving skills
• Advanced interpersonal skills with demonstrated relationship building with Boards and other key stakeholders.
