Australia’s largest public museum organisation is seeking a Senior Development Coordinator to support the GM, Development in developing, implementing and maintaining a successful, sustainable philanthropy program at Museums Victoria.

ABOUT THE POSITION: The Senior Development Coordinator is accountable for the successful delivery of a range of multi-channel development activities and campaigns and for insights and analysis that informs campaign development.

Notable skills and experiences:
-Previous experience supporting or coordinating successful multi-channel Annual Giving Campaigns and individual giving programs;
-Previous experience organising events for donors and managing communications to donors
-Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work;
-Experience with CRM systems (preferably Microsoft CRM);
-Strong written and verbal communication skills;
-Experience in management and demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and establish good relations with others.

OTHER INFORMATION
This is a Full time, fixed-term position for three years until August 2021. The salary rate on offer is $75,271 per annum, paid pro rata (Base of grade) + 9.5% superannuation.
