New part time position (3.5 days each week or 3 days one week and four days the following week)
Are you looking for a new challenge in customer service with the opportunity to make a difference? Do you have great customer service skills? A passion for the natural environment, habitat conservation or birds?
We have an opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our small Supporter Services team, which serves BirdLife Australia’s supporters, members and donors. You will be responsible for answering queries from members, supporters and donors with good humour and discretion, processing and receipting membership and other transactions, assisting BirdLife Australia’s local voluntary groups to stay in touch with their local supporters, and making sure supporter data and information is kept up to date, safe and secure. You will also at times work with our development, communications and engagement teams to prepare data and contact lists.
