The Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Campaign Communications and working closely with multiple stakeholders, you will be responsible for the production of high quality written proposals, stewardship reports, digital communications and publications. Key responsibilities include:
- Project coordination of printed and digital communications for the Division of Philanthropy – including donor impact reports, donor proposals and general marketing and engagement materials
- Manage brief requests between Philanthropy and the Division of External Relations (DEX)
- Triage of all new brief requests for the Communications & Events team via the Divisional intranet
- Liaison with in-house and freelance writers, graphic designers, and printers ensuring briefs are actioned efficiently and effectively
- Liaison with key stakeholders across the Division to ensure briefs are completed accurately and delivered on time and on budget
- Organisation and processing of quotes and payments to third-party suppliers
- Regular updates to the Philanthropy Communications Project Tracker
Skills and Requirements
You can demonstrate your experience working autonomously and managing end to end projects (from brief through to final delivered materials), ideally in an agency environment. Additional requirements include:
- High level interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong negotiation skills and a high level of assertiveness
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to respond to changing priorities and competing deadlines
- Computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, relational databases and basic desktop publishing
