About the role
The Client Outcomes Coordinator supports the National Program Manager (NPM), and the Programs team in a broad range of tasks and initiatives, designed to build client engagement while supporting the Studio and Scholarship Programs. The role is client-facing and is responsible for creating opportunities for our clients to engage with the organisation, case management and to provide feedback through various mechanisms.
Reporting to the NPM, the key responsibilities of the position are:
- Managing studio applications from enquiry to assessment
- Client case management to ensure efficiency of the Studio Program
- Creating opportunities for clients to meaningfully engage with Kids Under Cover (KUC)
- Capture and retain sensitive but relative client information
- Lead the annual Client Impact Survey and other client outcome tracking
- Develop and implement CSO communication plans
- Ongoing updating of key work flow processes
- Provision of policy and project management support to the NPM
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in proactively meeting client needs and methods of improving services
- Commitment to delivering high quality outcomes for clients.
- Proven high level organisation and time management skills, which include the ability to reorganise work priorities to meet changing demands.
- Proven ability to produce briefing and project documentation in a timely manner and to a high standard to help meet project deliverables.
- Demonstrated experience as an innovative team player with strong policy skills.
- High level written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in the homelessness sector and knowledge of community development principles in preventing homelessness (highly desirable).
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals, families or groups from culturally diverse backgrounds (highly desirable).
