About the Role

Mental Health Australia has an opportunity for a passionate Corporate Services Manager to join their team in Canberra, on a part-time basis.

Reporting to the Deputy CEO, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining an appropriate financial management framework and overseeing the effective delivery of the finance function
  • Leading and managing a small team to ensure the efficient & effective operation of the Corporate Services function
  • Providing operational support for corporate governance, compliance and reporting.

Candidates applying for this role must have substantial experience in financial management and hold a relevant tertiary qualification and current CA/CPA accreditation.

You will have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with Executive/Board members and a wide range of stakeholders. Importantly, you will have strong resilience and a positive approach to corporate governance. Your demonstrated ability to analyse complex issues, develop options and solutions, manage a small team and budgets, and drive a responsive service delivery culture will be critical to your success.
