About the role
As a senior member of The Song Room executive, the Director, Corporate Services is responsible for the effective leadership and management of the Finance, Property, People and Culture, Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and Risk and Compliance functions of the organisation.
The Director, Corporate Services also acts as Company Secretary to the Board and so the role carries with it a number of governance responsibilities in support of the Board of Directors and its committees.
As a member of The Song Room’s Executive team, the Director, Corporate Services works collaboratively in assuring credible leadership, the development and maintenance of a performance culture, strategic planning and organisational decision making.
