Reporting to the Head of Income Development, this national role has been created to take advantage of the organisation’s strategic growth and achievements. Working closely with the wider Income Development team, you will be responsible for strategic development and implementation of the major gifts program from HNW donors and bequestors, as well as growing income from philanthropic trusts and foundations.
A true understanding of the donor journey and experience in managing a major gifts strategy is essential, along with sound donor research skills. Your ability to develop relationships and engage high-level donors towards a rewarding philanthropic path is vital to success.
