This newly established role offers a unique opportunity to strategically manage a small but dynamic portfolio of business operations to facilitate fundraising and alumni relations.
Our ideal candidate is organised, motivated and proactive, has an analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to conceptualise and translate business requirements into a CRM system.
Experience in fundraising database management, system configuration and/or gift processing management in an Advancement or not-for-profit setting is highly desirable. Well developed management skills would also be an advantage.
As a key member of the Client Services and Gift Administration unit of Advancement Services team in the Alumni Relations and Philanthropy Division, the Senior Business Analyst – Stakeholder Solutions manages a team which undertakes client service and gift administration.
With a focus on ensuring processes and technology provide a seamless experience for both donors and internal stakeholders, key responsibilities include working with internal business units and the System Configuration team to meet required business needs and improve the user experience for the Philanthropy and Alumni Relations CRM. This includes defining and managing solution scope; developing business cases; managing a documentation and training framework, and driving and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. A key focus of this role is proactively establishing and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships and ensuring excellent service provision.
You will be passionate about working collaboratively and managing a team to create the ideal donor experience in giving to ANU with a focus on continually improving internal business processes.
