YOUR CONTRIBUTION
The Senior Project Officer will work with internal and external stakeholders to build SSI’s presence in the disability services sector. As a specialist provider of services to CALD communities, SSI is seeking to play key roles in facilitating accessible and culturally appropriate support to people with disability from CALD backgrounds. This includes developing fee for service, grant based and other initiatives. Identifying scoping and exploring opportunities to address gaps and facilitate better services for CALD people.
SELECTION CRITERIA
We are looking for motivated and driven Senior Project Officer who can work with our Business Development Team to scope and identify new opportunities and initiatives. The successful candidate will possess the following;
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or TAE
- Experience in establishing and implementing programs for CALD communities
- Extensive project management experience
- A thorough understanding of needs and programmatic barriers to providing services to people with disability from CALD backgrounds
- Analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to relate, engage, work with diverse stakeholders
