About the role
Our warm, engaging and compassionate team is looking for a like-minded individual to join them as Support Group Administrator.
Based in Melbourne, reporting to and working closely with the Director, Support and Community Outreach you will provide national service and support to the PCFA Support Network and organize and manage the administrative function of the program including acting as the main point of contact for all PCFA Affiliated Groups via phone, mail/email and online. Process expense claims, manage resources and organize merchandise, update databases and records, coordinate travel bookings when required, generating quarterly reports and much more.
This is a varied, pivotal role for a mature, patient and respectfully assertive individual who wants to be a key contributor within a passionate and empathetic environment. Our client is looking for an experienced administrator with exceptional customer service skills, outstanding interpersonal skills and a strong team focus. Experience within a community based or NFP culture will be advantageous but of greater importance will be your genuine alignment to the principles and values of the organisation and real desire to make a difference.
