About the Role
The Board of Management comprises 7 Directors acting in a voluntary capacity to oversee the governance, financial and strategic direction of the organisation. Directors are expected to attend Board meetings (6 x per year), contribute to one of the Board subcommittees (4 x year), participate in a strategic planning day as well as participate in any other events or governance related activities identified by the Board. Cram is seeking a person with an interest in disability services, knowledge of effective governance and strong community engagement.
The Practice Review Committee (PRC) is an advisory committee that advises and assists the Board in its oversight of Cram’s practices and services to clients with a disability. The PRC is seeking someone with an interest in quality approaches to disability service provision and client outcomes. The role is voluntary and meets no less than 4 times per year.
