About the organisation
Brave New Word is a Sydney based theatre company, dedicated to new writing. We’re proud to support emerging artists and tell Australian stories. We take on scripts at all stages of development, and provide the writer with in-house dramaturgical support prior to the production of their work.

About the role
This position is a chance to be creatively involved in one of Sydney’s most exciting emerging theatre companies as we continue to develop and produce new works, as well as being an integral part of growing the company financially to become more profitable and self sufficient.
We are seeking people who are passionate about being a major part of BNW moving forward and can help us realise this potential. Applicants for the Treasurer
position are ideal but General Board Member applications will still be considered. The board meets every few months, usually on weeknights, to review and plan the productions and other initiatives of the company.
