BOARD MEMBER
Want to make a real difference?
Wayss is looking for a skilled, experienced and highly motivated person to join its Board of Directors. We are looking for someone with robust business acumen and strategic planning expertise. This is a volunteer position with meetings during business hours.
With a new strategic plan, Wayss aims to strengthen itself as the major provider of homelessness and family violence services in the Southern Melbourne area. Our purpose is to support people facing homelessness and family violence to have a safe, secure and affordable home that helps them to live a better life. Wayss is committed to the principles of social justice and human rights.
We are looking for the right person with experience in any of the following areas:
- Strategy
- Financial management
- Project and Change management
- Marketing
- Government
- Human Resources
- Stakeholder relations and communication
- Legal system
- Quality and compliance systems
We are searching for a person with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills which will be instrumental in developing our changing organisation.
