About the organisation
Community College Gippsland (CCG) is a community-based not-for-profit, providing education and training at secondary school level and beyond.
The organisation has an independent secondary school, Education Centre Gippsland (ECG) College. ECG College provides hands-on secondary schooling through the Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL) with a particular focus on supporting students who are not able to meet the demands of mainstream schools.
Community College Gippsland also provides pre-accredited training through Learn Local, and a diverse range of accredited training courses in community services (including aged care, disability and children’s services), hair, beauty, horticulture, equine and business studies.
The organisation is heavily invested in the local community in the Gippsland region and has strong partnerships with local business and industry, local Men’s Sheds and community garden groups.

We are seeking expressions of interest from people who are interested in joining the Board. We are looking for Directors who can commit for a term of three years and bring passion, innovation and complementary skills to the role.
Those with experience in areas such as governance, business and industry, community advocacy, philanthropy, marketing and legal will be viewed favourably.
People from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and young people are encouraged to apply.
