Located at two sites (Hosier Lane and the vibrant Northern region of Melbourne) Youth Projects provides front line support to individuals experiencing disadvantage, unemployment, homelessness, alcohol and other drug issues and young people looking to re-engage with learning and employment.

About the role
Youth Projects is seeking an enthusiastic & experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our dedicated multi-disciplinary team at The Living Room with an understanding of the issues affecting marginalized communities (in particular people who inject drugs, people who are experiencing homelessness and people with mental health issues) and a sound knowledge of the principles of harm minimization and health promotion.

This position will be responsible for the provision of high responses within a multidisciplinary team. A commitment to community development, harm reduction and primary health care is essential.
