External Advisor – ICT Committee

Hunter Primary Care (HPC) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified individuals to join Directors of HPC as an external advisor and member of the ICT Committee of the HPC Board. The objective of the Committee is to provide strategic direction and governance in the implementation of HPC’s ICT Strategy. The role of the external member would be to provide technical ICT input into strategic and tactical decision making to assist the successful outcomes of the ICT Strategy. Skills and experience suitable for the role include: leading an organisational wide ICT/system implementation program, has held responsibilities for ICT Strategy/ ICT Program Office and has been a senior ICT Executive with at least 10 years executive experience. Specialist skills could include: Business IT Strategy, Data Governance, IT Strategy & Architecture and Project/Change Management. An annual fee would be paid for the role which would be for a period of 3 years. A copy of the Committee’s charter can be obtained on request.
