About the organisation
Every Australian has a unique story to tell – the Community Broadcasting Foundation helps to share these stories. Each year we grant more than $19 million so community media organisations can communicate, connect and share knowledge through independent radio, film and digital media.
We are a team of 10 full-time and part-time staff and more than 100 volunteers who are all passionate about community media. Each year we provide more than $19 million in funding to support more than 450 community broadcasting services operating in communities all around Australia.
About the role
Are you a strong communicator with superior planning, organisational and problem-solving skills? Join our grants support team supporting community-owned and operated media to connect people and tell vital, local stories.
As a member of the grants support team, you will represent our values. You’ll provide clear, accurate and relevant advice to applicants, support our volunteer grant committees and maintain our online grants management and CRM systems. High-level communication and administrative skills are required.
Occasional travel and weekend work is required, with time-in-lieu provisions as per the CBF Employment Agreement.
