About the role
This position is required to raise awareness and support culture change throughout Council for improved inclusion and access of people with a disability. On a daily basis you will working with staff to scope, implement and report on the Disability Inclusion Action Plan, coordinate the staff Advisory Group and complete reporting requirements.
About the person
The successful candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field, previous experience in change management, project management and reporting and demonstrated high level negotiation skills.
