About the Role
While office based not attending regional events
Engage with our major sponsors and donors to ensure obligations are met Support our voluntary local committee with events including concepts, budgeting, media, advertising, memorabilia
Contribute to other administration and projects by providing customer service via phone and email to members and the general public
Provide administration support as and when needed
Participation in projects that support company vision, mission and strategy
Attend and effectively participate in meetings as necessary, being appropriately prepared and punctual
Work closely with the team to achieve the Foundations growth strategies in accordance with the Men of League Strategic Plan 2017-2021.
About the Organisation
Manage and plan all aspects of all QLD events, from conception to completion and reconciliation.
Review and approve local Committee events to ensure that the projected events and outcomes meet the Foundation’s objectives.
Duties include tendering, planning, delivery and management of all event aspects including theming, memorabilia and budget reconciliations.
