About the Role
The primary purpose of the role is to provide support to the EM, Strategy & Reform in their role to lead the development, implementation and monitoring of organisational strategy, including key family violence and sexual assault reforms. The role requires a strong track record of working collaboratively with senior leaders to research, analyse, recommend, develop and implement project and change initiatives with demonstrable outcomes for organisations, clients, the community and the sector.
With a graduate or post graduate qualification in psychology, social work, welfare, and/or relevant discipline, you will have experience providing sound advice and recommendations to senior leaders and executives and preparing submissions and position papers. You will have strong knowledge base and breadth of experience within the sector and a sound understanding of current reform agenda for family violence and sexual assault. You thrive working in a dynamic team environment, with the ability to prioritise competing demands. You will be a values driven person, motivated to make a difference.
