About the Role
Our Volunteer Engagement Team is responsible for supporting our 3,200 volunteers and 60+ team members to run 80+ mentoring programs across Australia. In 2018 alone, we recruited, trained and placed more than 1,000 mentors into our programs.
We are looking for an energetic team member with a positive attitude and excellent customer service and IT skills, who can be the warm first point of contact for new and experienced mentors with Raise.
It’s important that you love being on the phone and talking to people. You will need to be comfortable with Microsoft Office365 and have strong database experience, ideally Salesforce.
This role is 30 hours per week, for 46 weeks pa, based in our Sydney office in Mosman.
