The opportunity
Are you experienced in working with students and/or alumni to build a sense of connection and engagement with the alumni relations objectives of a University or similar organisation?

If so, you will succeed in this role by contributing to the planning and delivery of activities to support the implementation of the Griffith University Alumni Strategy, including but not limited to:

  • Coordinate programs that engage students both during study and at graduation to inform and retain them and create lasting connections with the University.
  • Coordinate and develop alumni volunteering at Griffith University, including alumni mentoring/coaching.

This is a two year, full time position based at the Gold Coast or Nathan campus.

About you
You will have experience or an understanding of alumni and student relations activities, and the capacity to develop an understanding of fundraising through alumni engagement. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, with well-developed organisational and administrative skills including the ability prioritise and meet competing deadlines. The role requires a strong client focus and the capacity to build networks with key stakeholders across the University.

Salary range
HEW Level 5: $64,857 – $72,950 per annum. Salary package including 17% employer superannuation contribution: $75,883 – $85,352 per annum.
