Come and join CatholicCare to support parents referred into the ParentsNext Program by supporting and addressing barriers they may be facing and assisting them to achieve positive outcomes. Previous experience working in Employment Services or other like performance based services will be highly regarded.
Your role
A ParentsNext Case Manager is a coach, mentor, educator, advocate, team player, problem solver, lateral thinker and above all else a champion of good causes. You will embrace challenges, persevere through difficulties and bring your clients with you on a journey to a more fulfilling life. You will oversee wage subsidy schemes, source employers, be accountable for program outcomes and embrace the goals of the program. Your passion for diversity will shine from within.
Your participants
- Parents receiving the parenting payment who haven’t had paid work in 6 months or more, with children under 6 planning and preparing for their future employment
- Live in the Shellharbour LGA region of NSW
