About the Role
CRANES is seeking an inspirational Chief Executive who can complete the organisations journey through an exciting period of transformation. We have worked hard to change our culture and we are excited about our future.
With an emphasis on continuing to implement and develop our strategic and operational plan, we are looking for an executive with a track record of success that is recognised by others.
Leading across all frontline aspects of organisational activity, you will need to have the ability to effectively build and foster communication with all of CRANES’ stakeholders.
The successful candidate will need to be a long-term strategic visionary, with an uncompromising commitment to community-based outcomes.
You will have a highly impressive background of managing complex organisations, preferably in the not-for-profit sector, but this is not essential. You will also be a skilled negotiator, and politically astute in our ever-changing political environment.
This is a pivotal role for CRANES. Therefore, if you have a strong belief in human rights, energy, and commitment to diversity and collaborative leadership, we would like to hear from you.
About the Organisation
CRANES is an organisation like no other; at least we think so.
We provide services throughout the beautiful Clarence Valley to members of the community across a variety of different disciplines. Housing, Family Support, Lifestyle Support, Learning and Development, Suicide Prevention, People Over 65, in fact, the list is endless.
Our services are bespoke to the individual regardless of people’s abilities. We pride ourselves in a culture of recognising difference, putting our customers, not just at the centre, but at the forefront of all we do. Our customers are the litmus test in terms of the quality of the work that we do.
