About the role
The Chief Operations Officer’s primary role is to manage a comprehensive range of financial and support services at Girl Guides Victoria. They work closely with the CEO and are responsible for the Finance, Property, Customer Service and Technology portfolios; manage statutory reporting, ensure efficiency across internal operations; and support the CEO, Executive (Board) and the volunteer Management Team to implement strategic and operational goals.
This role is a key one at Girl Guides Victoria working across strategy and operations – they help to develop the big picture, while managing its implementation for the benefit of the 5,500 members across Victoria.
