Riverwood Community Centre is a Not for Profit Neighbourhood Centre that has operated in Riverwood for over 40 years, and has an outstanding reputation in working for the local community. We are a diverse organisation, structured and staffed to service a community of all ages and backgrounds.

Opportunity

We are seeking applications from highly motivated and experienced candidates for a fulltime management role.

The successful candidate will lead the Corporate Services functions for the organisation.

You will be a collaborative professional with exceptional management skills. Experienced in financial, asset and facility management, human resources, work health and safety, information technology, quality assurance, marketing and administrative services.

You are confident, proactive, hands on, with excellent people management and communications skills at all levels and renowned for your ability to “get the job done”.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the CEO, the Corporate Services Manager will be responsible for:

• Delivering effective and efficient corporate services across the organisation.
• Building a strong integrated team approach to the Centre’s operations and service delivery.
• Providing leadership as a member of the management team.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements for success

To be successful in this role you will clearly demonstrate the ability to contribute to the planning, management and review of the Centre’s operations, and provide high level corporate services advice. You will require an innate talent to develop internal stakeholder relationships, as well as motivate and develop team members to achieve industry best practice.
