OzChild is at an exciting phase of its corporate journey, experiencing sustained levels of innovation and growth and is seeking a motivated leader with the capacity to contribute to its next level of success.  This national role sits within the Outcomes & Practice Improvement portfolio and reports to the National Executive Director of Services.  The portfolio ensures OzChild’s services are delivering identified outcomes to the children, youth and families that it serves as well as ensuring staff are trained, supported and skilled in what they do.  The role will provide strategic and operational leadership across a multidisciplinary team in the delivery of clinical governance, evaluation and outcomes, incident management review and analysis, and practice improvement.   

Tertiary qualified in psychology, social work or social sciences, ideally to postgraduate level, you bring clinical governance expertise and proven senior leadership experience in the not-for-profit or human services sectors where you have had exposure to working with vulnerable children, young people and their families.  Energy, resilience, well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and the capacity to bring creative ideas to the table will guarantee your success.  Sound like you?
