About the role
Whitelion is looking for an experienced, energetic and exceptional leader to be our inaugural Director of Operations. The ideal candidate will have overall strategic and operational leadership of all programs across Victoria, NSW, Tasmania, WA and SA. Working with a new CEO, the brief is to deepen our program quality and practice and build and support a high performing national team. It is a newly created role to develop, foster and support a cohesive national leadership team where collaboration between state and program managers lead to better outcomes for young people.
You are a motivated and energetic leader who has senior management level understanding and experience in leading complex human services. You have exceptional planning, organisational and operational capabilities and ability to inspire, support and enable others to reach their potential.
