About the role
The Role
Reporting to the CEO, you will provide executive leadership in the alignment of organisational strategy with performance, workforce planning, HR operations, policies and procedures. The Director will undertake key change strategies and build a respected culture and behaviours based on our values, which is lead and embraced by the organisation. You’ll be responsible for the development and achievement of strategic objective and will ensure our team members are greatest advocates. What you’ll need to succeed
This role will require vision, passion and resilience. You will have demonstrated experience in building and embedding value aligned cultures and behaviours. Be seasoned change leader, in managing restructuring, interpreting legislation, workforce planning and performance management.
You’ll be able to assume a ‘hands on’ role when required and provide timely, sound advice to the CEO and individual managers. As a natural relationship builder, you’ll have vision, passion and resilience, thriving in an environment of growth and change. Active leadership and strong communications skills are key to the success of your team.
