About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, and leading a team of around 12, the GM Marketing & Fundraising
position is a key strategic role and pivotal to the future growth of Vinnies and its ability to succeed in its mission and vision.
It is responsible for driving the marketing and fundraising activities, including the development and implementation of state-based activities and the coordination of national appeals, internal communications, website and annual report production, donations and bequests programs, and public relations.
To be considered for this wonderful opportunity it is essential you have:
- A tertiary qualification in an area of Marketing, Communications or Public Relations
- Significant experience in marketing, communications, public relations, and preferably fundraising
- Demonstrated experience in working with Boards and CEOs.
- Successful leadership and team development experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An attractive executive remuneration package, with the availability of NFP salary packaging, will be offered to the successful candidate, commensurate with skills and experience.
