About the role
In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement the strategy to attract investment from individuals who share TFA’s passion for reducing educational inequity. With a focus on long term engagement with TFA’s work and mission, you will cultivate and steward a portfolio of relationships with individuals, focusing on securing small and major gifts.
With a strong belief in education and the values of TFA, you will enjoy working within a dedicated and flexible organisation, and taking a hands-on and proactive approach. The ability to build rapport and relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders will be matched by your critical thinking and strong data management skills.
While experience working in major gifts will be highly regarded, similar skills and experience gained from within a sophisticated sales or business development environment will also be considered.
