About the role
We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Administration Officer.
The successful candidate will be a team player and perform administrative functions of support and maintenance across the range of programs delivered at our Sydney City Centre which involves an active and integrated working environment.
Some of the duties would include:
– Providing quality customer service in a warm & friendly manner;
– Data entry, maintain accurate data collection and record systems;
– Invoicing, accounts receivable and petty cash administration;
– Ensure compliance with WHS policy & procedures in line with organizational policy;
– Maintenance of equipment & supplies.
This is a full time position working 5 days per week. Days of work ideally will be Tuesday to Saturday from 9.00am to 5.00pm. There is an option to negotiate work part time hours but the successful candidate must be available to work Saturdays and no less than three days a week.
The annual base salary for this position is between $51,924 to $55,255 (for 5 days per week), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. This will be negotiated with the successful candidate being dependent on their level of experience, training and qualifications.
